Hardin Consulting initiates curriculum audits with a very narrow focus to ensure that the areas of strengths and needs can be clearly identified. Devoting the efforts to auditing one grade level at a time allows for a small team to be more successful in providing a thorough, unbiased examination of the written, taught, and assessed curricula. The goal is to provide leadership with findings so detailed that the status of alignment between specific standards, skills, assessment types, and/ or learning activities can be provided.

Heather Hardin

Heather Hardin is an Arkansan who has a successful background in Mathematics education. She has served as an educator, state Mathematics Specialist, building administrator, and professional learning consultant for a curriculum and assessment vendor.

In addition to her experience in Mathematics education, Heather’s previous role in school improvement with her state department of education gave her training and hands on experience with sustainable, proven practices that led to improved student achievement.

Heather has a passion for Mathematics and understands the value data can bring when collected and analyzed properly.
